At Lassus, we believe that a healthy mouth is the foundation for a lifetime of laughing, talking and enjoying life with confidence. That is why we take the time to genuinely get to know you. We are not just focusing on your teeth – your wishes, expectations and general health are also key. This helps us to work on your oral health together, now and in the long term.

The way we work

From the very start, personalised care is our priority. We listen to your story, carefully chart your oral health, and devise a treatment plan together – one that is tailored to your personal situation. With all dental specialisms under one roof, we can offer you the best possible care whenever necessary.

Your first appointment

We allocate 40 minutes for your first appointment. During this intake consultation:

• you and your dentist can get to know each other;
• we discuss your dental needs and wishes, any symptoms you may have and y general health;
• we carry out a thorough oral examination;
• we take X-rays and photographs to create a complete picture of your oral health.

If you have visited another dentist in the past, we would be grateful if you could provide us with your dental records and any recent X-rays (up to 18 months) before or during your first visit.

After the examination, we will discuss the health of your teeth in detail and advise you on possible next steps.

As a general rule, we do not carry out any treatments during the intake appointment, unless there are any acute symptoms.
